Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read through my terms of service and rules before reaching out for a commission.

Communication regarding commissions must be facilitated via email, Bluesky, or Discord.

• Payment can be made through PayPal or Venmo. All prices are in USD and subject to sales tax.
• Prices listed may vary based on character complexity.
• Full payment up front is preferred, but I can also accept half up front, and the other half when the rough sketch is done.
• Turnaround time for completion is 2-4 weeks, but please let me know if your commission is time-sensitive.
• You are not allowed to profit off of the commission. If you plan to use the commissioned artwork for semi-commercial purposes, such as Twitch emotes or for merchandise, you must discuss this with me beforehand. I am willing to work with you, but an agreement between all parties must be met.
• Unless we are designing a character from scratch, you MUST provide reference images or photos of the subject to be illustrated.
• You are not allowed to use your commission to train generative AI models, even for personal use. Additionally, any attempts to "fix" or "restyle" my art using gen-AI will result in a blacklist.
• You are not allowed to edit or request another person to edit the original artwork without my expressed consent.
• The commissioner will get to see the rough sketch, and then request any errors or changes needed. Once the sketch is approved, the commission will be lined, colored, and rendered, and the commissioner will not see the artwork again until it is finished. Minor changes to the commission upon completion will be limited to three total changes.
• I reserve the right to turn down a commission request at any time for any reason. Refunds will be issued based on how much of the commission was completed at the time of cancellation.
